TP3310 Matt Hardener (Hybrid & Polyester TGIC Both)

TP3310?is a?newly developed non-wax-based catalytic matting agent that can be applied to epoxy/polyester.?Used in the above system, the product obtained from about?30?to 70% of semi-gloss, leveling coatings having excellent mechanical properties and resistance to yellowing.

2.?Technical characteristics

1.?Using this product in a weatherproof polyester resin /TGIC system can achieve about 60-75% light reduction without any effect on the weather resistance, fluidity and mechanical properties of the base coating.Such a range of gloss is usually suitable for the coating of aluminum alloy members.

2.?When this product is used in epoxy/polyester hybrid system, it has a very good matting effect even at a relatively low dosage, and the gloss can be reduced to?30%.

3. It?has excellent over-bake stability, so it is recommended for applications where good anti-yellowing is required?.

3.?Usage and dosage

1.?Mixed with other components in the formula in a high-speed mixer, and then extruded through an extruder.

2. The dosage is 1?% of the?total weight of the formula?.

3. Can be added?directly.

4.?Packaging and?storage

1.Polyethylene lined?kraft paper bags,?25KGS/BAG?.

2.Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption?. It?should be sealed immediately after use?,?avoid contact with other chemicals,keep away from fire.

3. Based on our experience, the validity period of this product is at least three years at a storage temperature <32℃.
